What is it about?
This article explores the possibility of recycling waste water (from kitchen and bathroom) for domestic homes. Using Ecological Sanitation (ECOSAN) treatment for the domestic greywater, the treated water were modelled to be recycle back to the homes for non potable purpose. The percentage of saving due to this water recycling were estimated.

Perspectives
After the pilot study in the year 2003, the Ecological Sanitation system was not used for Kuching city. It gives way to the Centralised Wastewater Treatment Plant system.
