What is it about?
This article investigated patients with patellofemoral pain (knee cap pain) with and without knee crepitus (noisy knees, knees which makes crackling sounds). We asked for both groups perform activities such as ascending and descending stairs and squatting, then we recorded their pain during these activities. We also asked them to complete a questionnaire about their subjective level of function and their level of physical activity.
