What is it about?
On this paper, I told about the experiment of the inverter with the power efficiency beyond 100% (150~250%). The inverter is applied the 3rd positive EMF. I made the driving circuit of the transformer of the inverter with narrow spike pulse. High speed narrow spike pulse induces the 3rd positive EMF. Then the efficiency of the inverter easily gets over 100% and reaches over 200%. The electrical engineer knows well about ringing phenomenon of the transformer. They don't like ringing as it is just a noise to disturb the operation of electrical device. So they only try to elliminate the ringing from the transformer. But they never think of why the ringing happens. The cause of the ringing is the 3rd postive EMF. If not elliminated, the ringing becomes an energy source. The inverter experiment on this paper is utilizing the energy of the ringing. This paper was replicated by German scientists, Dr. Horst Eckardt.
