Why is it important?

Catalytic platinum layers were produced by inkjet printing. Controlled deposition technique tuned physicochemical properties of catalyst. DSSCs with inkjet printed catalyst exhibited high stability.

Perspectives

This is an important step forward to using ink-jet printing for solar cell manufacturing.
