What is it about?
This work shows the integration and performance capabilities of a complementary circuit technology based on solution-processed organic and amorphous-metal-oxide semiconductors combined with polymer gate dielectrics. Digital circuits are demonstrated with state-of-the-art characteristics and speed in the Megahertz range.
