What is it about?
Ketamine attenuated the excitatory postsynaptic responses evoked by vagal nerve stimulation in a concentration-dependent manner. Ketamine inhibits cholinergic synaptic transmission in the rat intrinsic cardiac ganglia accounting for attenuation of vagal bradycardia.
