What is it about?
Wet chemical method was used to produce nickel film doped with graphene quantum dots or fullerol. Annealing of film in vacuum resulted with synthesis of high quality single and bi layer graphene.

Why is it important?
Wet chemical method for production of nickel films are used in industry for many years. Slight modification of current process, can result with production of doped nickel foil- graphene precursor on large scale at low cost. Annealing of such foil in special furnaces can yield large scale graphene production.
