What is it about?
We taught lupus patients self-care techniques, and it significantly improved their well-being. Their self-care abilities went up by almost 20%, their self-care skills by over 17%, and their quality of life by more than 12%. This suggests that teaching self-care can greatly benefit lupus patients in their communities.
