Gold nanoparticles and thermal therapy

What is it about?

Gold nanostructures have gained lots of attention for thermal therapy. Here a mini review of recent advances of gold nanostructures application in thermal therapy of cancer was presented. Gold nanoparticle with its unique features is able to adsorb different type of energies. Ultrasound, light, electric field and magnetic field adsorption capacity of gold nanoparticles were presented in this minireview manuscript.
