What is it about?
This paper is a review of the latest developments in vapochromic materials that exhibit reversible color changes in response to gases and vapors. Vapochromim has attracted the attention of many researchers since the end of the 20th century as visual environmental sensors. Today, in addition to color and luminescence changes induced by water vapor, they are also being developed as materials with multiple functions such as electrical conductivity and magnetism.
