What is it about?
Fermentation by yeast on sugar, squeezed from crushed oil palm trunk fallen for replanting to produce ethanol. Addition of ammonium sulphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium sulphate and l-alanine enhanced the ethanol yield.
