What is it about?
Creation of a new management style called "Re-engineered 4th Generation Management". It aims at making businesses more sustainable and open in the context of Industry 4.0, Circular Economy, Competitiveness, and diverse Stakeholders. Re-engineered 4th Generation Management will end the capitalist industrial spirit depleting resources and the planet. This work launches a new businesses generation oriented toward sustainability and customer.

Why is it important?
Re-engineered 4th Generation Management as a new systems-based approach suggested through this article will supports businesses to adapt to the VUCA world designed by Industry 4.0, Circular Economy, Competitiveness, and Stakeholders; achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); and help countries worldwide to be more involved in respecting the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
