What is it about?
This study compared a video-delivered relaxation program called Breathing, Relaxation, and Education for Anxiety Treatment in the Home Environment (BREATHE) with a waitlist control for reducing anxiety and increasing activity engagement in older adults with anxiety disorders.

Why is it important?
Our findings show that BREATHE signficantly reduced anxiety but did not increase actively engagement in late life anxiety.This treatment requires minimal provider contact and could reach many more older adults who suffer from anxiety.
