What is it about?
Buoyancy and orientation effects on 3D time-dependent thermal behavior in a square channel with symmetric and open cubic cavities simulating electronic chips has been studied experimentally. The walls of the cavities facing the openings are subject to a constant heat flux while the other bounding walls of the cavities and the channel are adiabatic.
