What is it about?

Our study shows how companies can boost innovation by using creativity, building strong networks with universities and tech centers, and investing in resources. We identify different combinations of these factors that help firms achieve both technological and non-technological innovations.

Why is it important?

Our research is important because it provides a fresh perspective on how companies can innovate effectively by combining creativity, networks, and resources. This is unique as it offers a practical "recipe" for innovation, showing that there are multiple paths to success. The study is timely, addressing the current need for businesses to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. By understanding these combinations, companies can better navigate the complexities of innovation, making this work highly relevant and impactful for managers and policymakers.

Perspectives

In this paper, I had the opportunity to use a mixed method of qualitative and quantitive analysis, "fsQCA". It showed me that there is more than one way to get from point A to point B. The chosen path depends on the resources, goals, and strategy of each company .
