What is it about?
A significant number of employees voluntarily leave their jobs in various industries and sectors. This Great Resignation particularly effects the hospitality and tourism sector. This study develops a data-driven framework and employees' online reviews and aims to find out which negative experiences have led employees to leave their jobs. Especially, we wanted to find out, what changes in employees experiences during COVID-19 that has made so many staff voluntarily leaving their jobs, without having new ones.
