Why is it important?

Findings of PLS-SEM has confirmed that, employee engagement leads to organizational pride and organizational identification. Sequential and parallel mediation of employee engagement, organizational pride and organizational identification is assessed.

Perspectives

Airlines can benefit from CSR related organizational initiatives, in terms of higher employee engagement and employees’ DSIW. Post-hoc analysis has confirmed that, non-managerial staff is more in the cards to be influenced by CSR related initiatives.
