What is it about?
Optimization models can provide plans for new power plants: when to build, what kind to build, how much to build. But the future is uncertain. We provide a multi-stage approach and make provision for some chance of not fulfilling all the demand all the time, in order to have a long-term approach that reduces the likelihood of over-building or under-building.
