What is it about?

For outpatient cervical preparation, effective and safe methods that do not require special supervision should be used. Mifepristone is a drug that promotes cervical ripening without the need to insert devices or medications into the pregnant woman's birth canal and does not require constant monitoring of the fetus and is therefore most convenient for outpatient preparation.
