What is it about?
We analysed how access to policymaking and the ability to influence policies influences the development of wind energy and solar power. We analysed differences in policymaking and energy policies were influenced by economic ties between utilities and the government, in practice the government's shareholdings in large utilities in Denmark, Germany, Finland and Spain.
