What is it about?
We introduce a new firm-level innovation capability framework. From a thorough and comprehensive systematic review, we have identified and structured two main sets of elements that contribute to an organization's innovative performance: on one hand, structural and contextual antecedents that characterize an organization’s PROPENSITY toward innovation and, on the other hand, actions and resource-related capacities that constitute the ABILITY to generate innovation.
