What is it about?

For the first time, we presented a novel global kinetic analysis method that utilizes orthogonal experimental methods to analyse protein aggregation, which is one of the poorly understood fundamental problems in biology and biotechnology. This approach will allow us to understand and characterize protein aggregation better and develop more accurate kinetic models for any given protein.

Why is it important?

Our results indicate that analysing more than one data set from independent experimental methods give more accurate kinetic parameters. This in turn may help elucidating protein aggregation.
