What is it about?
To the best of our knowledge this is the first report on an in vivo cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6) imaging agent based on palbociclib (PD 0332991), a potent selective inhibitor of cyclin dependent kinases CDK4 and CDK6.
