What is it about?
The best wind distribution was described by using probability density function and cumulative distribution function. Based on Weibull parameters, an analysis is carried out for various wind turbine hub heights. The maximum likelihood method (MLM) was used to determine Weibull parameters that described the characteristics of wind-wave. Shape parameter for the selected site is close to Rayleigh wave which indicates that the wind behaviour is regular and uniform
