What is it about?
It proposes other targets beyond the ones which currently have drugs. We leaned heavily on the NIAID HIV database to summarize targets and then went into a little more detail.

Why is it important?
It could be important if we want to think about approaches to curing HIV.
Perspectives
This followed a machine learning model of RT. After this and looking at the NIAID HIV database it was clear to me that there were other targets for which there is no FDA drugs but for which there has been plentiful R&D. Also there were many targets with far fewer compounds in this database
