Why is it important?
- The bulk ZnO with the thickness of of 0.521nm is sufficient to produce a high reflectivity reduction, about 70% at a neutral strain. - We further reported the blue shift in the emission peak of 0.14 eV. - The B/G ratio of 0.98 tells us the bulk ZnO exhibits brittle properties.
