What is it about?
Topological insulator remains a fascinating topic in PKU. That time, I was asked by a student to do something on B2iTe3. That work was already done by someone else out there. Then I decided to do Bi2Se3 instead. Things worked out nicely and voila, there it is. The structural, electronic and optical properties of topological material Bi2Se3!
