What is it about?
This study examines the mechanical properties in terms of strength and micro-structure of high strength eco-concrete incorporating recycled clay brick aggregate and calcined clay. The recycled brick aggregate were sourced as discarded waste, while the calcined clay was added into the concrete.

Why is it important?
Concrete is one of the commonly used materials for construction and its production. Studies have shown that the use of concrete for construction will possible increase in the coming decade. This study intend to show that recycled brick aggregate and calcined clay can be used as constituents for making high strength concrete.
