What is it about?
Techer burnout is a pancultural syndrome that impact quality of education greatly. Why is it important?
The study outcome indicates that with some modifications, the MBI can be used in emerging economies. This outcome emboldens researchers to adopt and adapt MBI to explore the syndrome in low and middle income countries to improve the quality of education.
