Why is it important?

The study recommends no more than 0.3-0.4 cups of espresso or Lebanese coffee to be consumed per day in order to avoid carcinogenic acrylamide levels.

Perspectives

I think it is quite important to consume coffee in moderation and it is of interest to know the recommended levels based on scientific studies.
