What is it about?
ESR imaging is a non-invasive tool to analyzing distribution of small molecules in living animals. Nitroxide is a popular ESR-active probe, however, very few is known to pass blood-brain-barier. This paper describe such rare ESR probes for brain imaging in mouse.
