What is it about?
We have explored the surface chemistry of different types of doped iron oxide based magnetic nanomaterials and studied its interaction with a bifuntional linker named dopamine which is commonly used for biofunctionalization applications. Additionally, computational methods in combination with certain characterization tools were used to comprehend correlation between its electromagnetic properties and interfacial reactivity with biomolecules.
