What is it about?

This commentary corrects a misconception that has been included in multiple Annals of Tourism articles suggesting that fixed costs are lowered as length of stay increases. This is simply not true, and the hope is that my commentary will override an incorrect perception that lives on in the hospitality industry academic literature.
