What is it about?
Physical Activity 4 Everyone is a 2 year program, this paper showed that at both 12 and 24 months in, there is an effect on adolescents physical activity which equated to 27 and 49 minutes more moderate and vigorous intensity physical activity per week respectively, i.e. the type of activity that increases one's heart rate and makes us breathe faster.
