What is it about?
The ability to analyze the distribution of topoisomers in a plasmid DNA sample is important in the context of gene therapy, DNA vaccination and biochemical studies. We developed a multimodal chromatography method that achieves baseline separation of supercoiled and open circular topoisomers.
