The basic food processes are described from primary to secondary food processing. The main food transmitted infections and more common food sources are reported in different tables for Gram-positiveand Gram- Negative bacteria, parasites and virus.

I think that this brief review with relevant reference and websites can be important for a basic knowledge on food safety topic and it can be useful as basic tool for high school teachers giving information for a deeper Knowledge about all relevant problems regarding foodborne illness
