What is it about?
We conducted a study to see how doing foot exercises together in a group, with the help of videos, can help people with diabetes. We found that these exercises can make a positive difference in the health of their feet and the blood flow in their legs. This information can be really helpful for those with diabetes who want to take care of their feet better and stay healthy.

Why is it important?
Our study stands out because it focuses on a practical and innovative approach to improving foot health in individuals with diabetes. The use of audiovisual aids and group support for foot exercises is a unique strategy that could make a real difference in the lives of people managing diabetes. With the rising prevalence of diabetes and its associated complications, our findings offer a timely solution that is not only effective but also engaging and accessible. By highlighting the potential benefits of this approach, we aim to increase readership and encourage healthcare professionals and individuals with diabetes to consider incorporating these strategies into their care routines.
