What is it about?
Transforming conventional approaches to Urban Water Infrastructure is seriously challenged by deep path dependencies. This paper explores this phenomena through a political and practitioner decision-making lens. Drawing on Australian and UK examples, the paper puts forth a research agenda to address critical gaps in advancing more sustainable urban water practices.
