Higher order neurons effects on dense layers in neural networks and how they perform

What is it about?

Neural networks power current AI revolution in various domains in data science. In this work, we considered higher order neurons instead of traditional ones and studied their effects on highly dense connected layers. We show that higher order neurons obtain better results in some cases indicating potential.

Why is it important?

Studying various combinations of neurons and their higher order transformations are important in understanding how artificial neural networks behave. It will also help in solving various data science problems including but not limited to classification.
