What is it about?
A cost structure optimizes the recirculation and recycling of commodities and energy considering regional, national and global operating scales. The methodology employs the EUROPE model to produce economic incentives to reduce wastes at the source.

Why is it important?
The methodology increases the cost-effectiveness and optimizes recirculation and recycling. Profitability increases, the technology is advanced and environmental conditions improve when recirculating and recycling solid wastes and energy. The distribution-equity of such facilities is improved.
Perspectives
My method will constitute support tools for management of energy and other natural resources. My EUROPE model will be applied to analyze government policies for recirculation and recycling of solid wastes and energy.
