Why is it important?

The active targeting is a critical approach to effectively detect and deliver the therapeutic agents to cancer cells and tissues. AuNPs have attracted much attention for cancer imaging and treatment due to the promising physical, chemical, optical, and biological properties. The combination of active targeting approaches with AuNPs could be a promising method for cancer imaging and therapy.

Perspectives

This review paper will give a deep insight to the researcher working on cancer detection and therapy.
