What is it about?
This article is about philosophy of science and producing scientific knowledge. Verifiability and falsifiability are briefly explained from the perspectives of Francis Bacon and Karl Raimund Popper, and the black swan metaphor which is a very typical trope showing the fragility of any thought system is simply explained.
