A two-dimensional numerical study is carried out for the flow and heat transfer past two circular cylinders in tandem arrangement and confined inside a vertical channel The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of buoyancy and the confinement effect on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the cylinder array by means of performing numerical simulations.
