What is it about?
In this book chapter authors discuss how in the last decade adipose tissue has become an attractive source for isolating stromal cells suitable for the development of platforms for cell therapy and cell-mediated gene therapy for tissue regeneration. Therefore interest has progressively shifted from adipose tissue to adipose-derived cells as tool for regenerative medicine.
