This paper provides a summary of the some of the causal factors which result to a swing towards right wing ideology in South Asian countries. There is an existential threat that South Asian minority groups could be eradicated by nationalistic ideology, intolerant of other cultures to their own.

Perspectives
Any sociological process which results in discrimination at the bottom end or ethnic cleansing at the extreme, needs to be monitored and called out on the international stage.
