What is it about?

Positive education, in part, refers to the application of positive psychology concepts to education settings so as to foster positive wellbeing and adaptive functioning (Norrish, Williams, O’Connor, & Robinson, 2013; Seligman, 2012). Over the past decade, various activities and approaches have been developed to enhance the wellbeing of students, teachers, and parents in schools. This paper will introduce the positive education intervention in Hong Kong and how it benefits to students.
