What is it about?
Right ventricular outpouching is a rare congenital cardiac anomaly but with widespread implementation of first trimester screening and the associated pericardial effusion, it is likely that more of these lesions will be diagnosed prenatally. Thus, we report the diagnosis, management and outcome of four cases of right ventricular outpouching in association with a large pericardial effusion.
