What is it about?
We investigated whether a woman's ethnicity made a difference to her baby in pregnancy in women with pre-existing high blood pressure. Women of Black or Asian ethnicity with high blood pressure are at greater risk of stillbirth, their baby being born early, their baby being very small at birth and admission to the Neonatal Unit when compared with women of White ethnicity.
