What is it about?
This case describes the challenges of prenatal diagnosis of VGM which presented in the second trimester, prior to onset of cardiac volume overload. This case highlights the importance of adding color Doppler in the evaluation of all brain malformations. Although, intracranial hemorrhage occurs, rarely, in cases of VGM, this case illustrates that VGM, should be considered in the differential diagnosis of fetal intracranial hemorrhage.
