Why is it important?
First overview of structures in the penis to identify those responsible for sexual pleasure. We show that the foreskin has no role. This means circumcision does not affect sexual pleasure. As such the study supports systematic reviews that find no difference in sexual sensation, satisfaction and function between circumcised and uncircumcised men.
